On this trip, our group had three home-cooked meals. The teens were asked to lead Grace for these meals. Below - with their permission - are what they prayed:
  Dear God, 

• Thank you for giving us this beautiful weather and environment to give back today. Thank you for providing this wonderful, delicious meal, as well as a lovely place to sleep, with even better people.
• You have given us such an amazing opportunity this week to serve in a community distant from our own, and challenged some of us to step outside of our comfort zones. Be with us this week as we give back. 
• Help us to see you in the people we meet this week and in each other. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know this group better. 
• In your name we pray.

Dear God, 

• We thank you for this food we are about to eat and for all the people who work hard to make this service trip possible. We also thank you for the opportunity to serve others in need in this community and for all the amazing support we get from not only our church but those we have met thus far on our trip. 
• Please continue to watch over us these next few days of service. Please help to keep Habitat for Humanity strong, brining good, quality homes to those who need them.
• Please watch over us and continue to show us your way.

• We thank you for the food we are about to eat, and all the blessings you have given us this week. As the trip becomes close to its end, please continue to guide us in your fatih and help us to remember the lessons that we have learned from your teachings.
